  1. X marks the spot. Lots of drama here and love the transition from purples to pinks in the bottom swatch. Makes my fingers itchy just looking at it (I can feel the pleasure of rubbing the bite of the paper)

  3. This has a lot of visual energy, driven by the X and the bold, contrasty shapes I can imagine high winds, clouds moving swiftly, leaves and dust being blown about at ground level,and maybe a thunderbolt in about half an hour.
