SKIES OF THE ARROYO SECO
First begun as color studies for a painting using pastels, Shanna Galloway has developed a series of photographs of skies and clouds with their ever-changing and expressive colors.
I welcome your interpretations.

PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDang!
ReplyDeleteit's that last few seconds where I'm on the trail and I watch the sun dip behind the ocean/verdugos/or valley (depending on the time of year.) And this is me,... but right in that moment I get a sense of panic, as if I might never see it rise again.
ReplyDeleteLaurie and Hiker: Thank you!
ReplyDeletePas.Adj.:I do know that sense of panic. I used to get it when we lived in our first house with a view. I would then, light a candle. It seemed to calm me down. Maybe that is the reason behind my current obsession. I can always just sit and look at my own photos and maybe be planning my next post.
