SKIES OF THE ARROYO SECO
First begun as color studies for a painting using pastels, Shanna Galloway has developed a series of photographs of skies and clouds with their ever-changing and expressive colors.
I welcome your interpretations.
Leave a comment. I really appreciate them !
This looks tasty. Is it sweet? The painter is even a better ladyshutterbug!
ReplyDeleteJim just sent me an article today about an apartment for sale in Florence for about a million dollars. It has a view of the Duomo.

So, Florence was on my mind today. I was thinking of the nine days we spent in Florence. Amazing - except that damn Giotto's Bell Tower woke me up every morning. Guess it was supposed to do that in the early Renaissance.
I like the glow coming from the underside of the cloud on top, contrasting with the dark mass above, and the purple clouds in the foreground.
