  2. Jim just sent me an article today about an apartment for sale in Florence for about a million dollars. It has a view of the Duomo.

    So, Florence was on my mind today. I was thinking of the nine days we spent in Florence. Amazing - except that damn Giotto's Bell Tower woke me up every morning. Guess it was supposed to do that in the early Renaissance.

  3. I like the glow coming from the underside of the cloud on top, contrasting with the dark mass above, and the purple clouds in the foreground.
