SKIES OF THE ARROYO SECO
First begun as color studies for a painting using pastels, Shanna Galloway has developed a series of photographs of skies and clouds with their ever-changing and expressive colors.

This one has the sense that something is behind, trying to push through that small opening. Love it.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to remember if the clouds were either a big wall of orange that then began to take form or the other way around. From the other side (you can't see from your vantage point) there were huge thunderheads gathering over Mount Wilson. Then followed by a rainbow. People were slowing down there cars to look

ReplyDeletePasAdj: I don't remember which came first, but I do have a photo that is totally flat orange.
