SKIES OF THE ARROYO SECO
First begun as color studies for a painting using pastels, Shanna Galloway has developed a series of photographs of skies and clouds with their ever-changing and expressive colors.
I welcome your interpretations.
Leave a comment. I really appreciate them !
This is a particularly nice grouping. I don't know if our sunsets are getting better due to global warming or if you are getting better at seeing them and presenting them to us
ReplyDeletePasAdj: Thanks. I may be presenting them better, but could not really capture the breadth of this group of clouds.
ReplyDeleteWhat was going on with that horizon and the way the clouds are seem to line up so symetrically. Very cool.
ReplyDeleteMargaret: It was really unusual. When we went out the deck, Jim said that it looked like a cartoon. It would have taken a really wide angle lens to capture the whole width of it!
ReplyDeleteThis is beyond gorgeous. Wow!
ReplyDeleteLaurie: Thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteThere were some beautiful skies last night. Were you out there shooting?
ReplyDeleteHiker: YES! And I'm working on a new post right now...
