SKIES OF THE ARROYO SECO
First begun as color studies for a painting using pastels, Shanna Galloway has developed a series of photographs of skies and clouds with their ever-changing and expressive colors.
I welcome your interpretations.

Are the cloud lines from a jet?
ReplyDeleteThis morning I ran out and got some photos of the sunrise. It looked like one of your sunsets. It's rare to get such dramatic skies on a sunrise. I really wallowed in the beauty of the moment.
PA: Yes, the cloud lines are from a jet - a con trail or something.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see your sunrise photos. I'm not usually up that early and we don't get that view. But recently I was up and looked out our south, west, north view. The color was a soft, soft pink.
come over to my blog. I have a second chapter going on the desert park. In the first comment I have a link to the sunrise
ReplyDeletePas.Adj.: I went to your blog and clicked on the link. Wow! A gorgeous shot. I didn't know a sunrise could look like that.
ReplyDeleteit's very unusual. Tash over in the Verdes caught the red version on the same day. Check it out.

ReplyDeleteI got some red sunsets a few days ago. I wonder if it was the same day.
