The Sun At Mid Winter

Posted by Picasa

  1. I like this, all shimmery and shiny. All those vertical lines (from camera movement?) make it look like a stained glass window.

  2. Brilliant!
The sun seems like it's landed on earth.

  3. my first thought was fire. I've been rather traumatized by them. It is a dynamic image

  4. Thanks, all, for your responses. This one was a stray away from my usual. Glad you approve.

  5. Yes. The illusion of fire reminds our feeings of the mysterious side of nature and of our own flaulty persceptions when we look.

  6. Judith: How great to see you here!
We do indeed read much into what we see, as you know.
