Strangely enough, ...The wind was hard on the pines. Strangely enough, the loss of trees opened up vistas that I'm in awe of. I can now enjoy "Undeveloped" Debs park and the canyon (Pasadena Ave) that separates it from the Monterey Hills. I can see a glimpse of the gold line as it heads into the Arroyo.
