SKIES OF THE ARROYO SECO
First begun as color studies for a painting using pastels, Shanna Galloway has developed a series of photographs of skies and clouds with their ever-changing and expressive colors.
I welcome your interpretations.
Leave a comment. I really appreciate them !
ribbons of gold! WOW - I think this is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteOh Boy!, is this from our old Station Fire?
ReplyDeleteI like contrast between the fuzzy quality of the fat two middle layers of clouds, compared to the more sharply defined, multiple layers of clouds at the bottom of the frame.

ReplyDeleteThis is really nice. I don't know if I'm looking at clouds on water, clouds reflected on water or clouds on top of clouds, surrounded by other clouds.
ReplyDeleteJudy: I always love your images.
ReplyDeleteCafe, arf! and PA: Thank you!
-K-: It was all in the sky. I do like it when people read into the images from their own imagination.
Wow, indeed. This is dreamy and spectacular!
